Keystone Ethics Policy

Employees at Keystone Labs Inc. will conduct themselves in an honest and ethical manner. Employees’ commitment and adherence to ethical behavior will be promoted at Keystone Labs through training, along with ethical and technical support to employees’ job functions, tasks and situations.

Keystone Confidentiality Policy

Keystone Labs will exercise the utmost diligence to protect and maintain the confidentiality of our clients. It is the responsibility of all our staff members to ensure confidential information is safe guarded.

Operational Integrity Policy

Before any client work is accepted, Keystone employees will verify that we are able to meet the client’s needs. This includes ensuring adequate staffing, materials, equipment and expertise to meet the required time lines. Keystone Labs utilizes a single point of contact for our clients. The Client Manager communicates with the client throughout the testing process. The client is kept up to date on the status of their sample testing or project. Clients are notified immediately of any delays, sample failures or procedural deviations.

Keystone Client Satisfaction Policy

Keystone is committed to providing superior customer service. As part of this commitment, Quality Assurance will send out Customer Satisfaction Surveys to new and existing customers. The feedback received will be used to improve Keystone’s performance.
